My Thoughts on Marriage
Things I agree with very much in this video and may be unpopular opinions:
- I shouldn’t have to marry someone if I know we’re both committed. If I’m gonna be with someone forever, and we both know that and are committed to that, why should I have to get married right away? Forever will happen regardless of a legal document.
- The pressure to get married young is insane, and I will do what I want when I want to. So what if I am with someone and we end up not getting married til I’m 40? or 50? or not at all? It doesn’t mean I will have failed, so shut your whore mouths.
- The gay marriage issue should not be about religious beliefs and all that crap. It should be about the freedom of choice and having the opportunity to decide for yourself what you want to do, regardless of sexual orientation and whatnot. I mean, I do live in ‘Murrica after all…
